Al Galves has extensive experience creating organizations and programs. He has created and implemented feedback, evaluation, and assessment systems. He has consulted with organizations to develop systems to improve team performance and program delivery effectiveness.

Dr. Galves has thirteen years of experience as a local government manager and ten years of experience as an organizational development consultant. He has also worked as a psychologist, a professor and a Peace Corps Volunteer in South America. He is fluent in Spanish.

He has a B.A. in Government from Cornell University, a Master of Government Administration from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, and a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from the Union Institute.
